Centre Point Trust recognises a need for a child care service to meet the need of working parents with children who attend a school nursery or reception class. Afterschool Club provides child playcare to children aged between 4-12 years old and are based at the old La Pouquelaye Primary School (opposite D'Auvergne Primary School).
We service the majority of the schools in the Island and the children are collected by minibuses and delivered to Centre Point Trust Playcare.
We offer a healthy snack and the children are encouraged to participate in various activities including outdoor play. We also have quiet areas with soft furnishings where children can “chill out” after a long day at school.
All of our staff hold relevant childcare/management qualifications.
